How does the subscription work?

Choose a plan, add your child's profile, and we'll handpick age-appropriate toys and deliver them to your door in Dubai. When your child is ready for new toys, just request a swap and we'll collect the old ones and deliver fresh ones.

Are the toys clean and safe?

Absolutely. Every toy is thoroughly sanitized using child-safe cleaning products before dispatch. We follow strict hygiene protocols, especially for toys intended for children under 3.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.

How many swaps can I make?

It depends on your plan. Starter allows 2 swaps per cycle. Plus and Max include unlimited swaps — request a swap whenever your child is ready for something new.

Is there a security deposit?

No deposit required. We trust our subscribers to take care of the toys. In cases of significant damage, a damage fee may apply — but normal wear and tear is expected and perfectly fine.

What if a toy gets damaged?

Normal wear and tear is completely expected and not charged. If a toy is significantly damaged, our team will assess it on return and may apply a damage fee. We'll always communicate before charging anything.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. We're expanding to other Emirates soon. Check our delivery zones during checkout.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! All plans allow you to pause for up to 30 days — perfect for holidays. Your billing cycle is extended accordingly so you don't lose any days.
