At the Little Nest Play, we stand behind our service. This page explains exactly how refunds work across our plans. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Quarter Plans
Quarter plans are designed for families who want to experience Little Nest Play over a defined three-month period. These plans are commitment-based and the full plan amount is applicable for the entire quarter duration once the membership is active.
To cancel a quarterly plan, please raise a request at least 72 hours before your current plan expiry date. The plan will not be renewed. All benefits remain active until the end of the current quarter.
Annual Plans — Refund Within 30 Days
If you are on any annual plan, you are eligible for a full refund if you submit your cancellation request within 30 days of plan activation.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date your request is received and verified.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days from activation will not be entertained. Please review your plan carefully before subscribing.
How to Cancel
- Call us or email us from your registered phone number or registered email address.
- Please raise your request at least 72 hours before your plan expiry date.
- We will respond within 24 hours.
- All toys in your possession at the time of cancellation must be returned before the refund is processed.
Damage Waiver
All plans include a 100% damage waiver that covers accidental damage and lost removable parts during your active membership. The waiver applies only while your membership is active and does not extend after cancellation has been processed.
