You choose a plan, build your child's play box with age-appropriate toys and books, and we deliver it to your doorstep. When your child is ready for something new, schedule a swap and we'll pick up the current box and deliver a fresh one.
Swap frequency depends on your plan. The Starter Plan includes 1 swap per month, Standard includes 2 swaps, and Premium includes unlimited swaps.
Yes. Every toy and book goes through inspection, cleaning with child-safe products, sanitisation of high-touch surfaces, and sealed packaging before delivery.
Normal wear and tear is covered. For accidental damage, we assess on a case-by-case basis. Most minor damage is absorbed by us.
Yes. Pause for up to 30 days or cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your paid period.
Both! You can handpick toys from our catalogue or answer a few questions about your child and we'll build the perfect play box.
